The Federal agency that ensures the safety and accessibility of our national transportation system. Various regulations that affect RoadSafe’s daily operations (commercial driver regulations) come from this agency. It also has various sub-agencies associated with it FHWA, which also issue regulations that affect RoadSafe. All states also have their own DOT departments. It is with these state agencies that we do business.
