The OFCCP is a federal agency falling under the Department of Labor and monitors the adherence to contractual promises of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity required of those who do business with the federal government. Many state DOT, railroad, and other projects receive federal funds; the OFCCP has jurisdiction over those projects. They also administer several important Executive Orders that affect RoadSafe’s business related to equal employment opportunities.
